SPEAK, FRIEND, AND COME IN.

WHY I MAKE MY BLOG?

Someone once told me that having a blog mostly about studies is a good idea, especially because sooner or later you will have to document your things about everything this is a world of seeing to believing, that if you can’t show some evidence, you can prove that it actually had some existence?
My name is GUSTAVO JIMENEZ and I come to demonstrate some existences.

this blog is to share my knowledge acquired through a cognitive skills class this blog is only educational and not intended to generate profit. This blog cannot be taken as a concrete source.

Many times we say or do things without thinking about them, but more often we think things without analyzing our ideas. If you are looking for improvement in terms of how you think about things, you can achieve this by training your way of thinking since there are different types of thinking and ways in which you can improve on these.
concrete thinking towards the abstract
The process by which human beings elaborate and mentally relate ideas about what surrounds us and is linked to material objects and knowledge can only be formulated through direct experience with the phenomenon or object, is an inductive type of thinking that goes from the general to the abstract while when it evolves we can move to the abstract that goes from the particular to the general reaching the abstract thinking this happens when we stop being children but we can continue improving by posing hypotheses instead of experimenting to obtain a wider range of options.

Critical thinking consists of not accepting apparent truth without first demonstrating it. Many times in our daily life we accept as fact something just because we don’t know it and we believe that if someone says it with a tone of confidence has the absolute truth, it would be practically like the story of Johnny and the wolf where because they were very worried about the problem they didn’t know if the information Johnny was preaching was true and after they knew they closed themselves off to tell the truth again and lost their sheep; More than having confidence or mistrust, it is about proving the truth of things without accepting them without first asking ourselves or closing ourselves to a particular idea. One way to improve this thought is to investigate in order to have the basis to make a criticism of something like not believing blindly what I am writing but investigating and thinking if they agree or not.

analytical and creative thinking
Both analytical and creative thinking seek a solution to a user need, but the difference is that analytical thinking seeks to relate things to something that is similar or experiential to relate it and seek a solution, while creative thinking seeks a solution from scratch and is the ability to imagine solutions where you would not see them from a different point.Improving is complicated because someone who is analytical finds it difficult to be reactive but improvements can be obtained by reading fantasy books and riddles for the creative as well as analytical thinking through the experience of solving problems.

What we really want to achieve when we seek to improve our way of thinking is to obtain a balance between all of them in order to arrive at solutions with different results. This is known as divergent thinking, but how can I improve divergent thinking? It means basically being able to find connections and relationships between concepts, objects and ideas that seem to have no connection in objects and ideas that seem to have no connection at all. oobtaining improvements in our divergent thinking.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS YOUR TYPE OF REASONING?

to solve a problem or a question the human being has many tools, the experience normally is the base of the majority of the thoughts, nevertheless if two people count their experiences at the same time you will be able to realize that both are different, for that reason in spite of being the most common source it is very limited for that reason we use the reasoning as tool instead of the experience nevertheless different types of reasoning exist, that although it is to take the particular ideas to generate questions and results are taken different bases for generalo.existen 3 types which are:
deductive reasoning
we use this type of reasoning uses premises that start from something general and then particularize it. But what we mean by general is when you think that if all humans are going to die sooner or later and we are human, then we are going to die sooner or later if you use this type of reasoning you are a deductive person.

Inductive reasoning is the opposite of deductive reasoning because it starts from something individual or particular and generalizes it into the premises by taking the opposite path.
it is practically when we use our experiences and observations to draw conclusions about what will happen in the future
Jeanne’s birthday fell on Wednesday one year. She noticed that the next year it would fall on Thursday, and that it would fall on Friday in two years. Without checking, she said, «My birthday will fall on Wednesday again in seven years.»
As we can see she started from the particular result that was the day of her birthday this year to the general conclusion of the years that go by until it is the same day again. this reasoning is identified by using extensive knowledge as information if you have the ability to relate and sufficient knowledge you are an inductive thinker.

The abduction argument
An abductive argument is one that, based on a statement or a fact, allows a hypothesis to be drawn. The reasoning used in these arguments is that of syllogism, which uses two parts or premises from which it draws a conclusion. For this, it is necessary to consider that the first premise is true and the second premise is only probable. From both, he elaborates a conclusion as a logical result by abduction of the previous premises.
Normally these are exaggerated thoughts. An example is to think that drugs today are consumed by young people with free time and that many of today’s young people have free time.
If you are one of the people who go from the outcome to a hypothesis you have an abductive reasoning.

I hope you’ve learned the different types of thinking and identified which ones you use most.

Do you want inovate?

Have you ever wanted to innovate or tried and it didn’t work, if you’re reading this the most likely is that we often want to innovate out of the blue because we spontaneously come up with ideas to revolutionize an area but in the end we are afraid or we don’t know how to start, because today I come to give you some advice so you can use to improve the attempt.
First I ask you a question, have you ever seen a millionaire who has a business alone without any employees? Not true, because it has always been said that two people think better than one and if it is possible another one to be able to innovate you need to have several ideas several skills and it is almost impossible unless you come up with a millionaire idea like Facebook, but even so Mar Zuckerberg didn’t create Facebook, he only created it with his classmates as a team transforming something simple like talking to someone like Messenger to being able to express your ideas to everyone else at the same time and all thanks to teamwork. You never know when you come up with an idea and a classmate tells you how to improve it and they become millionaires
Don’t think square, when we think about innovating something the first thing we think about is taking something and improving it, but think, it was really necessary? If your answer is no then other people think the same and unless you have achieved world fame as APPLE not last long in the minds of people and only think that your idea is dispensable and stay with the option they already have and although slightly, is not far from yours and therefore not necessary, if you seek to innovate look for something that really improves or becomes a necessity, if it is not broken do not fix it.
When you already have a field in which you are sure that you can enter first you need to know how to define the problem, because by defining it you already have in mind all its characteristics, and having this in mind you can already ask yourself what I need to solve this problem whether it is the skills or the material to generate a solution and thus successfully develop your idea of innovation.

How to plan well a Project to innovate

Have you ever thought about the tools of innovation or have you been writing down your ideas in a notebook and then read them and hope that you get inspiration, well do not think more so but maybe it works today I come to provide some tools that you can use to improve in terms of organization and planning of your ideas, because a good organization can help you streamline processes and good planning helps you to detect errors in advance.
The first tool I will talk about is the tree diagram where the leaves that are the different problems that cause the problem after we have listed all of them we classify them by branches that are the ones that encompass different problems with the view of the branches we can locate one or some points that are the main factors forming the trunk an example would be the unwanted pregnancies the leaves would be the family problems. Not knowing how to use a condom, desperation… etc. From the branches would be the family, the study… etc. In the end everything would be encompassed by the trunk which would be education.
The second is the empathy chart, this tool serves to locate your audience and generate an idea of how the idea would be received first is to know the opinion of several people, you can know them in different ways the most common is to conduct surveys, once the surveys are generated a picture in four parts, these would be:
What you see and feel
What you hear and what you think
What it does
Your pains and your gains
This serves to generate a general idea of what the person who would commonly use your service would look like so you can get a field of vision of how you can act so that your product is well received as well as how to improve in some aspects that people dislike.

Lean Canvas

In this blog we already talked about the tools to help us when we are in the creation of an innovation idea, but this tool is special in my opinion, to begin with it is because we must already be advanced in the topic that is being developed and to be at this point we use the tools that we had already mentioned, that is because this is a tool that helps us to visualize point by point the characteristics of our idea so that we can make a self-criticism and so we can see the weak points of our idea so that it does not happen later.
The structure is based on:
Problem: this point is about portraying the defects or adversities on the subject or issue to be dealt with.
Alternatives: these are the possible solutions in addition to the one you are offering. For example in the problem of telephone communication the alternatives would be the use of WhatsApp or msnm.
Solution: this is the method we are offering for the debugging of the problems we are portraying.
Key metrics: these are the key points that can offer us certain parameters to be able to visualize the impact of a situation.
Valué proposition: what is the special thing that we offer
High-Level concept: who we are like but we improve the service
Channels: by which means will we distribute and talk about our product
Customer segments: who our product is aimed at
Pioneer customers: who are the beta customers
Cost Structure: the cost of product creation
Financial sustainability: how the product will earn income to make it sustainable
Objective: the mission that our product aims to achieve

innovation

This mini blog is to define innovation, as it is taken into account a lot in this blog, innovation has several characteristics but its main function is to make things useful, some of the characteristics of innovation are related to the development of a new organizational strategy that will somehow change the business practices of a company, the production or delivery approach new or improved, however, product innovations do not need to improve all the functions or performance specifications. An improvement or addition of a new function can also be combined with the loss of other functions or the degradation of some other specifications.
innovation is not just about business. It is a dynamic process that needs implementation, meaning that something is put to active use or made available, but it can take place in all sectors of an economy.

creativity.

his mini blog is to talk about creativity as it is closely related to innovation but these differ.Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterised by the ability to perceive the world in new ways. the definition in the dictionary is:

«the ability to produce or use original and unusual ideas.»

there are discussions about innovation and creativity, and they are often made difficult because people are not clear about the exact meaning of some key terms. In particular, there is confusion about the difference between creativity and innovation. an example that if you have a lot of waves and then you think of dozens of new ideas, then you have shown creativity but there is no innovation until something is implemented. Someone has to take a chance and deliver something for a creative idea to become an innovation.
